AFN 395 - Africana Studies and Community Engagement

Engagement in a service-learning project in Wilmington, NC region, and abroad related to communities of African descent. Emphasis on the African American communities’ (and people of African descent) strengths, values, beliefs, attitudes, and ideals by the examination and application of community engagement and development concepts.
