BLA 461 - Commercial Law

Study of the commercial legal environment in which business enterprises operate. Examines the law of contracts, sales and warranties, security interests, commercial paper, and debtor and creditor rights.

Credit Hours: 3

Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Junior or senior standing, or admission to the Cameron School of Business, or students in the Accountancy and Business Law minor, or consent of department chair.
