EDL 684 - Culturally Responsive Leadership

Course Description: This course is designed to provide extensive grounding in the construction of leadership praxis. Through research and demonstration of leadership through cultural frameworks, specific attention will be paid to the deconstruction and critique of concepts, highly touted leadership theories, and common practice. Students will identify and examine socially constructed environments to illustrate their culturally relevant leadership praxis.
