CHM 562 - Cell Signaling Course Description: The course will discuss the general principles of cell signaling, including: the role of protein post-translational modifications in changing protein function; relay of information across the plasma membrane; changes in membrane ion concentrations in signaling processes; and how signaling processes affect utilization of genetic information. .
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite Courses: CHM 365, CHM 505 Additional Restrictions/ Requirements: A minimum grade of C or better in CHM 365 and CHM 505. Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated
