HCA 511 - Financial Analysis & Decision Making in Healthcare Course Description: Strategic healthcare decision making is heavily reliant on financial data, related analyses, and communication skills. This course provides a broad introduction to key financial analysis concepts, issues, tools, and vocabulary useful for both policymakers and administrators. Topics include healthcare financial statements, financial statement analysis, budgeting, organization and presentation of financial data, etc.
