HCA 510 - Healthcare Economics and Policy Course Description: Focused on exploring economics of the healthcare industry, this course will expose students to the uniqueness and intricacies of both healthcare economics and related policy. Students will examine techniques and tools used in economic assessment and evaluation while exploring economic evaluation studies and related publications. Healthcare reform, financing of healthcare, healthcare markets, healthcare policy and regulation will be explored.
