MBA 556 - Total Rewards


Course Description: This course prepares students to effectively design and execute compensation strategies to influence organizational success. Students will learn compensation and benefits concepts that contribute to achieving organizational goals. This course incorporates theories and principles that can be used to shape and mold organizations for a competitive advantage. Total rewards is a comprehensive examination of all aspects of employee rewards systems including internal alignment, job based structures, person based structures, external competitiveness, pay for performance plans, benefits, and executive pay. Upon completion students will be able to create a total rewards package that attracts top talent.
