ECN 528 - Regional Economics Course Description: Application of economic principles at the graduate level to the understanding of municipal and regional economies. Policy topics include land use and zoning, infrastructure, growth and development incentives, transportation, housing, public amenities and the environment. Introduction to economic impact and Geographic Information System software tools used in regional economic analysis.
