CRM 507 - Community-Based Participatory Research Methods Course Description: Focus on engaged methodologies that facilitate community-based participatory research (CBPR). Attention will be given to the history of CBPR, ethics, logic and methods of community-based research, research design, conceptualization, measurement and sampling, modes of observation, data gathering and analysis and democratization of the research process through validating multiple forms of knowledge.
