CHM 525 - Molecular Modeling Course Description: Theory and practice of molecular modeling, including molecular mechanics, semi-empirical and ab initio molecular orbital theory, density functional theory, and molecular dynamics. This course aims to provide students with not only the theories of but also hands-on training of core molecular modeling techniques. At the end of the term, students will choose a topic and design modeling protocols to solve the problem of their own interest.
