EDL 626 - Executive Leadership

Course Description: Executive level leadership focuses on the head of an organization. This course explores critical components of leadership, including vision and goal setting, effectively engaging stakeholders, building coalitions and partnerships, succession planning, and negotiating. These areas are especially complex when we dissect how gender, race, age, and preferences impact the process.
