EDL 631 - Law & Policy in Higher Education Course Description: This course is an advanced study of law and policy and their relationship to higher education with a specific emphasis on analysis of the implications on the work of higher education leaders across institutional settings. It is designed to enable leaders to become knowledgeable, effective, and responsible participants within the political and policy arenas of higher education.
