SEC 504 - Advanced Theory and Practice in Teaching Secondary Mathematics Course Description: Focus on the connections between theory and practice in teaching mathematics with emphasis on the role of inquiry in informing instruction. Opportunities to design and implement lessons in mathematics using a variety of instructional strategies that meet curriculum objectives, as well as address the needs of diverse learners. Reflection and self analysis are emphasized throughout the course.
