IMB 571 - International Business Law Course Description: This course develops an understanding of international legal foundations and frameworks within which a business operates, focusing on a critical analysis of business transactions, and the global legal environment in which they are conducted. Legal concepts will be related to current issues in international business relationships to assist in an understanding of risks inherit in the global forum.
