FIN 538 - Financial Reporting and Analysis Course Description: This course is an introduction to the principles of financial statement analysis. It emphasizes tools that are used to analyze a company’s financial statements such as how a manager might undertake to make decisions for his or her firm, how an analyst might make investment decisions regarding the company, and how a loan officer might decide whether or not to extend credit.
