NSGL 517 - Nursing Education Practicum: Theoretical Instruction

Course Description: This 180 hour practicum is an immersion into the principles and theories of instruction in nursing. Strategies are designed to address the emerging trends and issues in didactic nursing education. There is instruction and application of curriculum models for teaching in the live and on-line classroom environments. The primary goal is to utilize diverse strategies to foster critical thinking in new graduate nurses.
