CSC 465 - Server-Side Web Development

Hands-on development of dynamic and interactive web applications driven by server-side languages and corresponding database APIs; implementation of industry best practices in security regarding the creation, acquisition, storage and transmission of data and ensuring its integrity, confidentiality and availability; symmetric and asymmetric encryption algorithms, cryptographic hash functions, secure authentication, digital signatures, introduction to cryptography and e-commerce.

Credit Hours: 3

Corequisite Courses: CSC 365 and CSC 455, or permission of instructor.
