Student Gender-Based/Sexual Misconduct Policy

UNCW is committed to maintaining a positive learning and working environment for students, faculty, and staff.  The University prohibits Sex/Gender-Based Harassment, to include sexual assault, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, stalking, and complicity in the commission of any act prohibited by this policy. These offenses are unlawful, undermine the character and purpose of the University, and will not be tolerated. The Student Gender-Based/Sexual Misconduct Policy reflects UNCW’s continued commitment to provide a safe and non-discriminatory environment for all members of our campus community consistent with the provisions of applicable local and federal laws.
