The university currently has residence facilities for over 5,400 students consisting of traditional residence halls, suite, and apartment style buildings.
All buildings are equipped with air-conditioning, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi. New incoming freshmen will be required to residen in university owned or managed housing for their first and second year, unless an application for exemption is approved due to maintaining a primary residence with their parents or legal guardian within Brunswick, New Hanover, or Pender County.
