International Studies Minor

Requirements for a Minor in International Studies:

21-24 hours. Courses to be distributed as follows:

INT 105 - Introduction to International Studies
And at least two additional core courses from at least two different categories:

Geographic/Environmental Awareness. One of:

Political/Economic Awareness. One of:

Social/Cultural Awareness. One of:

Additional Requirements:

INT 300 - Interdisciplinarity and International Studies
International Experience Requirement: 3 hours of International experience, as approved by Director (credit may count toward other requirements in the minor).
At least three additional courses from one of the International Studies Thematic Concentrations - Arts & Literature, Environment, or Globalization. Two of the courses must be selected from the 300-level or above.
A grade of ‘C’ (2.0) or better is required in all courses counted toward the minor.
