Art History Minor

Requirements for a Minor in Art History:

• ARH 201 - Ancient Through Medieval Art and Archaeology
• ARH 202 - Renaissance Through Early Twentieth Century
• ARH 308 - Twentieth Century Art
• 15 hours of 300-400 level art history

Additional Information:

No more than 3 hours of ARH 491  or 3 hours of ARH 498  may be counted towards the minor. Courses counted towards a major in studio art (i.e. ARH 201 , ARH 202 , ARH 308 ) cannot be counted toward completion of minor requirements. Nine additional hours of art history courses may be chosen to fulfill minor requirements for studio art majors. A grade of “C” (2.00) or better is required for each course counted toward the minor.
