MSA 524 - Business Process Analysis, Design, and Controls

Course Description: Analyze business processes from an internal audit perspective, with an emphasis on risk and internal controls. Apply business process modeling techniques to evaluate current processes and identify IT-enabled process improvements. Evaluate approaches for implementing process improvements. Focus is on processes that use and produce accounting information.
