CYBR 424 - Computer Security
Technical in-depth review into computer security, specific focus on the computing aspects. Topics include: basics of computer security including an overview of threat, attack, and adversary models; essentials of cryptography; system security in practice; trusted system design; public policy issues including legal and privacy issues; network and database security overview.
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite Courses: CSC 331 with a grade of C or better, or instructor approval.
Crosslisting: CSC 424 .
