SCM 472 - Project Management

This course introduces the fundamentals of project management, beginning with project definition and culminating in the post-project review. Students will learn techniques, terms and guidelines that are used to manage costs, schedules, risk, group dynamics and technical aspects throughout the life cycle of the project.
