SED 362 - Teaching Students with Social, Emotional, and Behavior Problems Examination of problems, issues, and practices in developing effective programs for students with social/behavioral needs. Emphasis on social, emotional and behavioral needs including major interventions, family involvement, social skills, applied behavior analysis, cognitive/behavioral approaches, medication issues, legal considerations, and curricular strategies. At least 25 field experience hours required.
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite Courses: SED 351 , SED 352 , SED 372 , SED 369 , SEDL 369 , and SED 370 . Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Prerequisite courses or consent of instructor.
