RTH 498 - Internship in Recreation Therapy
Experiential learning in recreation therapy with selected public, private, commercial, non-profit health care and human service agencies, under the direct supervision of a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS). A minimum of 560 hours and 14 consecutive weeks of fieldwork are required.
Credit Hours: 12
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Senior standing, an overall 2.00 grade point average, and completion of all other courses required for the major with a 2.00 cumulative grade point average.
