REC 330 - Excellence in Service Quality


Principles of managing and delivering excellent service quality tourism, hospitality, and recreational organizations or agencies. Emphasis on how to design a service plan, formulate service design, develop a service culture, and organize service delivery and recovery.

Prerequisite Courses: REC 375  
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: REC majors and minors only or by permission of instructor.
