PLS 422 - Contemporary American Foreign Policy Roles and interrelationships of Congress, the media, public opinion, the president, the secretaries and departments of state and defense, and the intelligence community are examined. Emphasis is placed on the content and the dynamic aspects of the process of policy formulation and implementation.
