PLS 329 - Ocean and Coastal Law and Policy National and international laws and policies concerning the ocean. Topics include: fisheries management, marine mammal protection, shipping and navigation, oil and chemical pollution, coastal and wetlands protection, submerged lands, riparian rights, and public access to coastal lands and waters.
