HST 103 - Introduction to Global History 1500-1848 The political, economic, cultural, religious, and environmental processes that transformed the world between 1500 and 1848. Examines the Columbian (biological) Exchange, formation of colonial empires, expansion of global religions, and emergence of global trade and slave trade.
