EXS 412  -  Facilitating Behavior Change


Study of behavioral principles as they relate to exercise participants, the exercise environment and adherence to a physically active lifestyle. Emphasis on practical application of behavior modification strategies related to exercise adherence.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite Courses: EXS 320  with a “C” or better and EXSL 320  with a “C” or better.
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Restricted to Exercise Science (EXS) majors or permission of instructor.
Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated. Maximum Repeatable Hours: 3
