INT 318 - Transitional Justice An overview of the major theories of transitional justice that considers the range of processes and mechanisms available. Examines the legacies of human rights abuses through the exploration of the field’s most emblematic case studies from a number of countries, such as South Africa, Rwanda, Argentina, Chile, and Bosnia Herzegovina.
