SOC 486 - Sociology of Work and Occupations Analysis of the place of work in society. Examines occupational structures as the primary link between persons and the larger society. Topics include the growth and development of occupational structure, occupations and technological change, and organizational complexity.
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite Courses: SOC 105 Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Prerequisite course and three additional hours in sociology or economics. Course Repeatablility: Course may not be repeated. Maximum Repeatable Hours: 3
