SOC 303  -  Media and Society

The relationship between mass media, culture, and society with special emphasis on the social, political, and economic contexts of the mass media. Media examined include television, the press, films, popular music, and the electronic superhighway.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite Courses: SOC 105
