MKT 441 - Sales Force Automation


This course examines the systems approach that sales representatives use to assist in managing customers relative to the capture and storage of customer interactions and transactional data. Focus is on the use of this data to better meet customer needs, build profitable relationships, and provide metrics to assess performance.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite Courses: MKT 340  and MIS 213 
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Prerequisite courses and admission to Cameron School of Business.
