MAT 336 - Abstract Algebra I

Basic study of algebraic structures, focusing on groups and rings. Examples may include permutation, matrix, and symmetry groups, polynomial rings, and integral domains.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite Courses: MAT 275  and MAT 335 
Course Repeatablility: Course may not be repeated. Maximum Repeatable Hours: 3
