ECN 328 - Public Finance Study of state, local, and federal government revenue and expenditures; theory of taxation, tax shifting and incidence; theory of public goods, fiscal neutrality and government regulation; methods of achieving efficiency in government benefit-cost analysis, program budgeting (PPB), and pricing of government services.
