ATR 545 - Nutrition and Health Promotion Across the Lifespan


Course Description: This course integrates physiological, psychological, and social understanding of humans in relationship to physical activity across the lifespan. Emphasis will be placed on physical performance, nutrition, stress management, and socialization.

Credit Hours: 3

Corequisite Courses: ATR 501, ATR 520, ATR 530
Prerequisite Courses: ATR 510 (min grade B-) and ATR 512 (min grade B-) and ATR 515 (min grade B-)
