STEM 500 - Integrated STEM Seminar Course Description: The course introduces students to integrated STEM and its applications for secondary education. It reviews the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and best practices in science and engineering for integrating science, engineering, technology, and mathematics, and explores core ideas related to engineering design. Through examination of examples of the integrated STEM projects, the course familiarizes students with strategies for engagement of learners in authentic tasks that require integration across the STEM disciplines.
