EXSL 420 - Essentials of Strength Training and Conditioning II Laboratory Credit Hours: 1 Prerequisite: EXS 410. Corequisite: EXS 420 . Exercise Science (EXS) majors only or permission by instructor. Must have minimum cumulative GPA of 2.70. Course is a one credit comprehensive overview of the practical/applied principles of strength and conditioning. Emphasis is placed on developing skills in fitness testing, exercise technique, organization and administration, and program design. Two laboratory hours each week.
