EXS 420 - Essentials of Strength Training and Conditioning II Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite: EXS 410; Corequisite: EXSL 420. This course is designed to provide an in-depth overview of the practical/applied principles of strength and conditioning. Emphasis is placed on applying knowledge of testing and evaluation, exercise techniques, organization and administration and program design. Exercise Science (EXS) majors only or permission of instructor. Must have minimum cumulative GPA of 2.70.
