PLS 512 - Land Use Planning Course Description: Focus on the principles, tools, and techniques used by local governments to manage land use change in the United States. Topics include comprehensive plans, land use regulations such as zoning and land subdivision codes and capital improvement plans. Special attention is paid to conflicts inherent in the practice of land use planning.
