PSY 521 - Applied Behavior Analysis: Assessment and Intervention 2 Course Description: An examination of the methodological, empirical, and conceptual issues involved in the extension of behavior-analytic principles to applied settings, with a focus on skill aqcuisition and behavior-change systems. Topics include shaping, task anlyses, chaining, verbal behavior, stimulus equivalence, functional communication training, errorless learning, direct instruction, precision teaching, token economies, behavioral contracts, group contingencies, and self-management.
