PLS 542 - Managing Inter-organizational Relations Course Description: Course provides an overview of the theory and practice of inter-organizational relations. Topics generally include inter-governmental relations, inter-governmental management, collaboration, networks, policy implementation and governance. Emphasis is placed on emerging trends from the new governance movement and the increased relationships between public, private, and nonprofit organizations in government service delivery.
