BIO 512 - Electron Microscopy and Cell Ultrastructure Credits: 3 Prerequisite: Course in cell biology or permission of instructor. A discussion of the general and specialized techniques of transmission and scanning electron microscopy and their application to the elucidation of the structure and function of cell organelles in plants and animals. Three lecture hours each week.The lab for this course is BIOL 512 .
