GGY 333 - Applied Climatology

Credits: 4
Prerequisite: GGY 130  or GGY 230  or consent of instructor. The spatial distribution and character of climates, their relation to other elements of the environment and to human activities. Students work individually or in small groups to solve problems through applications of climate principles and data. Three lecture and three laboratory hours each week. Partially satisfies University Studies IV: Building Competencies/Writing Intensive. Partially Satisfies University Studies III: Thematic Transdisciplinary Cluster/Climate Change and Society.
