FST 317 - Writing about Film

(ENG 317 ) Prerequisite or corequisite: FST 205 ; or prerequisite: ENG 204 ; or permission of instructor. Instruction and practice in the techniques of writing essays about film. Writing assignments might include reviews, features, scholarly articles or theoretical essays. Partially satisfies University Studies IV: Building Competencies/Writing Intensive.
