COM 223 - Mediation and Conflict Management

Credits: 3
Prerequisite: PCOM and COM majors or consent of instructor. Introduction to principles of conflict management and alternative dispute resolution with an emphasis on mediation and conflict theory. Other topics include negotiation, arbitration and litigation.
