EBD 302 - Growing and Managing the Business Credits: 3
Prerequisite: EBD 280 with a grade of ‘B’ or higher. Focus on key organizational activities that facilitate the growth and management of an enterprise. Provides valuable information for effective marketing techniques designed to grow, compete, and sustain the business. Focus on managing human resources and the ability to strategically develop the business model as it progresses through growth phases.
