PLS 360 - Introduction to Nonprofits

Credits: 3
Prerequisite: Sophomore standing or permission of instructor. Introduction to the nonprofit sector in the United States and in the international community. Examination of the political, social, and economic roles of nonprofit organizations. Service-learning course with minor transportation costs. Satisfies University Studies V: Explorations Beyond the Classroom/Certified Internship Program.
